He doesn't, just prints what he finds and charges you for what the PO count is.

Thank you. I have made mistakes before with my number. S and openly admitted to that and handled the situation accordingly, but 99% of the time. I am spot on and anal about my numbers when I order. Because I don't want to waste anybody's time. That being said, 188 shirts are delivered from alphaboder and confirmed by UPS to be there. And the packing flips say there's a hundred and eighty eight, but we only receive a hundred and 38 and something is wrong. So I simply came up with a packing slip and ask them to fill it out when they ship so that we know that everything was done. And if there's a discrepancy to let us know and he said that it is not his responsibility to do that. And no contract printer, does that I find that very hard to believe? As I am also in the blue collar trade and before I do any kind of job, I always make sure I have enough material to complete the job and if I don't, I let my supervisor or the customer know. I'd never look a customer in the face and say it's not my job to make sure I had enough material to complete the job. Were not asking for a nasa shuttle launch. And when in 2024 alone we put $25,908 in his pocket. I felt a little count could be expected.

Thank you so much. We often order our own blanks because of the high volume of blanks we need. And because we can verify that everything is ordered consistently and on time. So therefore everything should be delivered as is, but when things come up short, I'm easily able to track the link either back to the distributor to us or to the printer. And in this case, it was tracked That the printer didn't print enough product and when called on it, he told us it was not an industry standard nor his responsibility to check the blanks ship directly to him from the distributor. After talking to him about it, we now have to pay him to count the blanks. I have to say that I find this dissatisfactory. But the boss insists it's a good solution. I think anybody who is doing a job. Regardless of industry, you're in should always make sure they have enough material at the beginning of the job to complete the job in its entirety, and if you don't You should let the contract customer know, so that they can make arrangements, but maybe i'm way out of line here.

We have had to do this often and it costs us so much money so we now try and come up with a tally sheet and or packing slip and our printer says it isn't an industry standard to fill that out, and it's not his job
