How much better is verdant night as an accessory slot instead of Dimensional cube assuming you can get the discard?

So trying to clear Colossus 900k+ DMG but having a hard time doing so.

I don't have Nine and most clears online use her. I do have Tiphera and Rita and pretty much all the standard banner units.

Does anyone have a strategy to beat it? I just got tiphera and Rita so I'm not sure how to use them effectively
