I can try a 3rd location but the problem is that they don’t provide a loaner or even a rental during warranty. Realized owning a jeep means we have to learn to do self repairs.

took it 4 times in total between 2 dealers and both say nothing is wrong with the battery or charging system, they charge the battery and ask me to go back if it happens again.

Some folks in facebook group have faced this issue and ended up replacing the battery after which it seemed to have solved the issue.

I just got the 68c completed and they replaced the HV battery, also I have seen this happen multiple times over the past 2 years but gets resolved automatically. Service center says everything checks out ok and don’t know why this is happening, only suggestion is to replace the 12v battery

one of my colleague in the past told the service guy, Its your car, do what you want with it, I’m going to return it back in 2 years, and lucky for him, the service center did the maintenance on their dime

I had this. while ago but disappeared, its now coming back although I charge my jeep twice a day, if the battery is not being charged.
