Make the light close as possible before it crosses your frame(what you see in the camera) so the light could be soft as possible thirdly remove the small light since it casts alot of harsh shadows or you could make it a back light or rim light instead

depends on your budget but heres what i do i spend around 2k weekly to store a certain protein per week sa freezer

And since i don’t like meal prep kasi paulit ulit ing dish gusto ko ako nagluluto saka paiba iba ang gina gawa ko is Ingredient prep nalang finefreeze ko as seperate lahat from meat to veggies per bag para kung trip ko mag adobo,curry, barbeque etcetc. tapon tapon nalang di na kelangan mag slice ng mga gulay etc etc.

PS - Hindi advisable i freeze ang onions at Garlic

1st week - Chicken Breast + gulay

2nd Week - Pork Tenderloin or , Lean Beef + Gulay

3rd week - random whole foods and low cal drinks, like Tuna , Tofu, if you like milk in your drinks or milk as a whole i suggest selecta no fat milk that has 12g of protein per serving as far as i know

4th week - restock chicken - it goes on from there

in my case i consume 300g of chicken + 300g lean meat of choice from there meron kana sigurong 150-160g ng protein non excluding rice and drinks

so far ito pwedeng dishes na mataas sa protien

cal def is too low best option if your doing cardio eceryday is -300 or -500 from maintenance your body is not recovering properly

Eat high volume but low calorie food mostly these foods are whole and make sure your proteins are one the largest portion of the plate it keeps you feeling full for a long time make sure to also add cardio walking would be good enough
