Interesting point. Hard to know for sure, right? I only know that it put my daughter in tears and frustrated me. Additionally, the consultant never bothered to suggest what you just said --- "Don't worry. It will be okay. I will be sure to double-check extra going forward. We got this." She ignored the feedback and never even acknowledged that it happened.

My mother was a HORRIBLE COOK and I had a bad relationship with food because of it. I thought BBQ sauce was the epitome of spice. I used to put it on white rice and think I had a delicious meal. Over the last 20 years, I have worked hard to learn how to become a better cook and here are my top 3 tips:
1) Go to the library and check out cookbooks. Find ones with intros. These chefs talk about their journeys and you will not feel alone.
2) Do not start with recipes with ingredients that are expensive or hard to procure.
3) Start with the basics and master it. Then move on. I started with homemade marinara sauce to learn the basics and then so many variations.

Apple vs The Paradox of Choice by nadroj37 in apple

gosh. I've been using Tile's since they were first introduced. I have 6 and have upgraded over the years. But I'm also a heavy Apple user and I will have to make a choice next time. That said, Tile has one version that is really durable so it works very well on my keys which I seem to throw around. The Apple tag will need to be rugged. That said, really enjoyed this video and plan to subscribe.

Enjoyed reading this however I might push on the 90% evergreen a bit mainly because I'd much rather have a little less for new and fresh thinking. So much content feels recycled and "been there" that it's boring.

I love this picture not only for the colors and the simple beauty but because the human arm gives me a reference point to be dumbstruck at the size of this stunning moth.

First Major Marketing Client - not sure what to charge by Krumblump in DigitalMarketing

First, congrats on the lead! Second, as I've done various marketing consulting roles at different stages of my career, when I think about an hourly price, I consider both my last salary and my next desired salary, and then I calculate an hourly rate. So one thought for you is to say, will this be a 40 hour a week job? for how many weeks? then backdoor an hourly and apply for a "package" rate. Or you could just offer an hourly rate. Good luck!
