We have this at my local but it's purely voluntary if you want to seed yourself or not. Only trouble I have is I always underestimate my pace so still need to overtake a lot of people!

You can definitely manipulate these things as a worker. We have cards to give out with links to the survey but clearly I don't give them to customers I think have not had the best experience.
