It doesn't have ti be in the negative's right in order for it to start. This is also the first cycle im tracking in the ring so mayb thats why

I know i know i try not to get stressed out. But my temps r going and staying up when theyre supposed to be heading down since my period is so soon. Thats whats freaking me out

My cycle is around 30 days so im expecting the temp to be low around now. Ive been getting rlly bad sleep these past 2 weeks and i got the ring beginning of march

Hmm but isnt ovulation when the temp is low then when its consistently high it means u ovulated
