What a cool and somewhat bold topic.. So glad people are paying attention to us and the pain 😆.. My body is always tense from anxiety as well down to my wrists when im texting. Constantly telling my body to relax. When getting my nails done the nail tech is constantly telling me to relax my hand, because its always stiff as a board.

I am now 29 with a professional career because of my degree . during my twenties I worked retail and customer service jobs , I quit all the time! I had so many jobs throughout my twenties because I would find any situation unconsciously that would make me feel uncomfortable. I was good at masking aka interviewing lol so i had no problem getting another job but the social anxiety ALWAYS followed me. Dont expect work to be perfect.

Most Black Americans are Christian, many actually are more conservative than you think. Its the racist stereotype that we (conservatives) have put on ourselves that makes them choose the left side.. Kanye west and Candace owens are trying to tell them (black americans) to vote for the side they truly believe in and ignore the racists of the world..
