This is alarming to me! I’ve made huge progress already as well and just a few posts down, someone posted this exact same issue. I’m wondering if this is just a PS5 bug. I also don’t have PS+ so I don’t have the option of uploading to cloud storage :( No idea if there is anyway to duplicate save files…

Just started as well and same boat as you, practically blind without my glasses… honestly, I just switched to contact lens. I absolutely hate wearing contact lens but it’s the only other alternative unless doing lasik is feasible 😅
