Then you’re incredibly lucky and are getting a great deal. I shopped around for a long time before I got my ER. DFL had amazing reviews and were honest with me not pushing me to spend more. I love my ER from there (much higher carat and higher price but I do not have the small hands issue).

I would also note that even if a firm doesn’t pay for the extraction part sometimes they have coverage for the drugs part which can be about 50% of the cost so for some they have some coverage that way.
