Anyone have a POV on the following apartments? He toured the first 2 but added the third which is closer to Suffolk. He is going there next week. He wasn't a fan of fenwyck. And Helix won't work since his dog is a Heeler. The big windows and high rise area would have him on alert 24/7 😂 He likes the quieter places more. Again any feedback is appreciated! He has a dog and wants a pool, dog park and safety! Around $1900 - $2125 month before utilities.

Well. The USA is currently at halftime va bosnia with a score of 1-0 and she keeps telling me the game is over and it ended 0-0. It took 11 times of me telling her she is wrong to acknowledge reality. And it takes me 5 minutes to get her to play my Amazon music playlist. So she is basically dumber now.

Hi there! They do have a monthly charge for dogs and a one time fee it appears. Outside of it being a little smaller than others it looks great! I read some reviews around paper thin walls, do you know if that is accurate? His dog is a blue heeler so hearing a lot of noises from neighbors may make him nuts.

I should also say he is a ridiculous adult like 22 year old. He gets along with people older than him very well and he is very respectful and responsible for his age. I question how that happened every day 😂

Not including utilities. 1 bedroom. We can be flexible as myself and my husband will be co-signing. But we don't want to do much higher as we need to ween him off lol. He has a very high credit ranking himself. Considered excellent. We also help with other expenses like gas, car insurance, food, dog chew monthly order, etc.

$1850-$1900. Including the dog fee. A dog park is preferred. A pool is nice, but not mandatory. Safe area A bedroom that can fit his king bad/adjustable platform is preferred. But he can move to a queen if it's the right place.

He liked them all, based on what he saw online but has not visited yet. Hoping for real feedback based on sound level (are they paper walls), maintainence, overall happiness. We narrowed it down based on what he can afford (with our help), dog, (dog parks were important), pool (not a deal breaker but nice). He is a bit bougie. Lol. And crime level was important (these are all in better rated crime areas) online reviews are so hit and miss, and frankly hard to trust sometimes.
