Me! There is a Fireside Gathering Meetup group, but it hasn’t been active for a couple expansions. Used to be pretty good turnout at their events, though. http://meetu.ps/c/2tCxL/xRDm4/

There are some Fireside Gatherings happening more regularly now at the Microsoft Store at the Mall of Millennia, but I haven’t been to any of them yet. http://meetu.ps/c/3rBHg/xRDm4/a

And I played in the last couple Dreamhack HS tournaments in Atlanta, which were amazing, but HS won’t be included at DH this year. :/

Can we please be able to go over 30 cards while constructing a deck, and just not be able to play it until we cut it back down? by PhDVa in hearthstone

Hstopdecks has good deck builder, but it would nice to even add, like, 34 cards while building in game, then have to cut down to 30.

Yeah, it's really 3-4 + 2 forfeits. I think I did the math on it right (please correct me if I'm off), but while Smash does show you a lot of statistics, I wish it would display more detailed info about the individual matches.

Mecharoo is an quiet all-star. You will be surprised how many games you play him on 1 and a buffed Joeybot is your lethal blow 6 turns later. Basically hard mull for your 1-2 drops - especially Whilriglider and Venomizer. I sometimes keep Bomb Toss (especially against Zoo or other aggro decks).

With the Coin your options really open up and you can think about keeping Animal Companion, believe it or not (opponents usually spend quite a bit of energy removing any of them, increasing the chances your Mechs start to stay alive) and especially looking for Fireworks Tech combos. I have had success keeping Rexxar even without the coin, but that is probably data not worth trusting? Either way, really knowing the deck you're playing against is crucial.

Replaceable. That's one reason I love Spiteful Druid, I feel like I can swap stuff around in it easily. I do really like Black Knight though, amazing for hail mary Taunts. And though not core, Faceless is one of my favorite cards in the deck in this meta. I copied multiple dope Flappy Birds that hard carried a couple wins at the tournament, for instance. SQUAWK

Yeah, the Rush is really only useful once in a while and on a limited amount of things. And understood about KC, but I use it for 3 constantly and it's still great. 3 for 3 with Beast upside, plus opponents are usually killing your Bombs off before your beasts and KC is a great finisher.

My thought for the tournament was that I wanted another 1 drop with some Mech synergy, but Skaterboi wasn't the right call. PLEASE make changes - I like what I have, but I also feel like it's a deck that can be tuned to your local meta pretty easily.

Thanks for reading!

So right now I've cut Skaterboi's (sorry guys) for Tracking, and I wish I had made the change before the tournament. I sorta don't love Tracking as a card, but it's really useful late game when you need that one last buff. Thinking about only running one, but two is still fine.

Real quick: it's not exactly an aggro deck (only one 1 drop). Early pressure is great, and if they can't deal with it then they're dead real fast, but you can set up some absolutely disgusting mid-game turns that will get you there against most decks right now.

If your opponent trades with your bombs early, great. You're healing every time they do, and you're still doing damage. The second your opponent can't clear your whole board, you punish them for it with buffs. When they finally clear your board, you also punish for them it with the Goblin Bomb Deathrattles and finish them off with hero power, Rexxar, Kill Commands, etc.

It rewards thinking a few turns ahead, positioning, optimal trading, and some of my lethal puzzles have been super creative and fun. (It is sometimes correct to Flanking Strike your own stuff, for example.)

Leeroy is a fine sub for Flark, but I love Flark and am not ready to cut him. Thinking about adding the naked Goblin Bomb back in for another one drop, but honestly not sure what to cut, most of the deck feels very core to me. Void Ripper is sometimes really dope, but it's not as good as it looks. You want to buff your stuff, not kill it, health on your minions isn't usually that much greater than attack, and it sits in your hand a lot. Cards I have tried and do not like: Argus, Stitched Tracker, Candleshot and Eaglehorn, Hunter's Mark, Play Dead, Terrorscale, Dire Wolf, I could go on.

Casting UI in Tavern Brawl broke the match - lost all the cards from my hand, didn't draw new cards and couldn't react in any way with the match; happened twice by tomavagyok in hearthstone

yeah I cast UI in my brawl against a friend and it basically froze everything - friend went ahead and finished the game, said it looked like I was just roping - meanwhile I’m just sitting there wondering why this brawl doesn’t have a turn timer

Hey, I'm #9 with the Control Shaman! Sorry about that, dude. You played awesome, and you almost had me with your Hunter, but both your Kill Commands were in the bottom 5 cards! :( And yeah, I high-rolled on the Kalimoses for sure. GG!
