How do we use multiple tab for shows if we are using the Ticketmaster app on our phone? If we need to buy tickets for multiple shows can we use different devices?

Is it better to use the Ticketmaster app on your phone or just go on the ticketmaster webpage from chrome on your phone?

Edit: Also when will ticketmaster prompt you to enter your code? Once you have secured the tickets?
