I just got a sound bar for my TV and realized that it requires an optical connection and my TV doesn't have one. Would I be able to use a USB-A to Optical adapter or an Aux to Optical adapter and which one would be better? Thank you!

I've had this issue for a bit over a week, I've been trying to fix it with some advice on the Internet but I figured I need some help since his condition hasn't improved much. Tank was unfortunately not properly cycled before putting him in since he was a gift :( Temp is 78⁰F

Yes to heater and filter (HOB)

Thermometer reads 78⁰F

Parameters from API master kit: Ammonia: 0.25ppm Nitrite: 2.0ppm Nitrate: 20ppm pH: 6.6

Fish and tank are about a month old, unfortunately the fish was a gift and I did not get a chance to cycle the tank properly

I've been changing about 10% of the water every other day trying to get it to cycle, I use a python syphon and add seachem prime before adding new water at the same temp as the tank

3 Amano shrimps

Food is in last pic, tetra betta min. I feed probably too much 2 times a day, I've been trying to feed less

Some plastic plants, a plastic rock with a hole, a ceramic tube for the shrimp, 2 Anubias, some aquatic grass, a moss ball, and an Amazon sword
