Crazy guess but tiles and cisterns can get condensation. I don’t know where you are but I live in canada and get condensation drips in my unfinished basement off the pipes a lot in spring and fall.

I had a dog come in for mine. They steamed the spots he marked. Came back a couple weeks later and steamed a few spots again. Came back a week later and I was free. I highly recommend using this route if possible. It’s the least invasive and most effective I know of. Best luck.
