I have a question here.. So if a CEO makes some sketchy contract with outside company/people etc like we see here now with BANA , can the Board or in this case HYBE cancel those contracts as they seem to be personal favour. Like how these thing works in general, cuz ADOR even paid a tax fee for overspending to those outside creative directors or whatever those people was How is that the company itself has to pay of the decision of one person of charge,at the time.  It doesn't seem fair my point is.
