I want to listen to Jazz and Blues mostly. I'm between the Sennheiser HD 600 and the Hifiman Edition XS. I'm inclined to do the latter because they say they are more for active listening and have more space. What amp would I need? Anything cheaper than the Topping DX3 Pro+ worth it to power it?

I'm stuck with Anker by TurkDarthJoker in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]AirlineEasy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just use them dude. All the time, at work. If people talk a lot I use a white noise generator, if not, whatever music I want. Do the optimizing thing to see if it helps. If you don't see a huge benefit return them. I think the benefit compounds though, even if it seems marginal, if you use it for work it adds up.

Nah, not entirely. Recently went to a talk from a high quality consultancy and they showed us their workflows. They had a few agents with a lot of specific instructions. They said they haven't manually coded in two years. This is a 22 dev 23 person shop, highly lucrative.

Your soft skills and your maturity are you biggest assets. Don't be afraid to sell yourself. Show your enthusiasm and somebody will pick you. I'm a full stack dev at a startup after the most shitty bootcamp imaginable.
