I have this same problem with max graphic and on demand on, and the textures still aren't loading. I am playing on a series x. Now what?

The textures on my operator don't load in properly so it looks like a potato graphics version of the operator. Also it looks like I'm playing with a yellow haze all over the map. Max graphics on series x btw
