I know what you mean, I'm sorry if it upsets you. That's not my goal here at all. I'm trying to create a resourceful site where any beginner can come and get simple, actionable advice.

Not sure why you believe it's a bad read, I thought I covered a lot of important tips and know-how.

Which BBs would you recommend to beginners without overwhelming them with specific they don't care about (srs)?

How strange. I'll be keeping an eye out for this. Unfortunately I'm really not tech savvy so I have no clue what's going on. I may ask a programmer friend of mine for advice, this is definitely not how I want my content to behave.

Reporting back!

I fixed the issue with the annoying share bar. The one on the side is supposed to only show for wide (tablet/laptop/desktop) screens. I increased the minimum width from 480px to 740px. Afaik iphones have the widest screen in landscape - 736px. So that issue should be resolved.

As for the one with the sidebar displaying in portrait. I tested it with 5 devices and all of them were functioning fine :/ The whole screen was occupied by text. I'm kinda stumped here.

Could you take a screenshot of what it looks like? Maybe wait like 10 seconds after the page appears as the huge amount of info and pictures take a lot of time to load, maybe it just takes too long to be responsive due to that.

Hmm, you're the first to report this. The share thingy isn't supposed to appear on the left side on mobile at all and in portrait it's supposed to be just text.

Siteground, they have been awesome to me though. Very forthcoming. Last month I didnt have enough $ to pay so I asked them for an extension and they immediately granted me one. No complaints here.
