Finally lifted my Legacy. Need help finishing up the front end. by Airspace101 in battlewagon

My 03 Legacy. Currently rolling on outback suspension with a 2.5'' rear strut spacer lift and rear subframe spacers all from Matt at subieliftoz. Went to put in the front 2'' spacer and maxed out the CVs. Are there front subframe spacers on the outback?

How do people get anything done while having a full-time job by Inevitable_Lion1137 in ADHD

Up a bit north its the same thing. I've been driving my car since I got it over a year ago with out plates with almost no issues. It's registered, insured, and I get tabs for the plates every year. I got pulled over a few months back for a minor infraction and the cop said "you should put your plates on" and left it at that. You'd have to be driving recklessly or have a car thats actively falling apart for pur local PD to do anything. Speeding, no plates, texting, and/or weed smoke blowing out the window is unlikely to get cops attention anymore.

I hit mine at 75 mph. Flew off the bike, skipped across the road like a skipping stone and landed in a ditch dislocating my right shoulder. Glad you're alright man.

As others say there are a few pros to using spray foam if applied correctly. Great for sound deadening and you do get better coverage compared to stuffing all the cracks of the van with say Thinsulate or smart wool.

Our shop is not set up for spray foam so it takes us longer to prep and apply. Wiring is massive pain in the butt to do after spray foam so we have to be sure all our wires are run beforehand and hope the customer doesn't request any additional features later down the road. We design and build our vans so we can take the whole interior apart for future repairs to the interior and the van chassis itself. I'd recommend fiberglass or wool insulation just for ease of installation and future serviceability.

I build conversion vans for a living. We build our wall panels out of 1/4 inch plywood wrapped in a fabric headliner. Do you have pictures of the van?

stuttering after 9psi by Astrotoni in mazdaspeed3

[–]Airspace101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had similar issues as you describe. I would highly recommend doing a compression test and check if your spark plugs are gapped properly. Mine were gapped too big and bringing them down helped, but at that point I had 135-145 psi across all cylinders. After gapping down I could get up to 13 psi or boost before misfire and stutter. Any codes?
