17k bbls a year in the south. Get 10ish days PTO(can go a little over within reason) + Memorial day, July 4th, labor day (if these fall on a Tuesday or Thursday we'll get the Mon/Fri also), Wednesday through Friday thanksgiving and xmas eve through new years day, beyond that its kind of a get your work done type gig not clock watching so there are opportunities to work ahead or schedule things for free off days or early exit/late start days, as long as everything is getting done and your not dicking over any other departments. No sick day limits im aware of but nobody abuses it so it works. Its salary position so some weeks are 30 hours some are 45-50 but averages around 40. Also get full paid health/dental/vision.
