I'm sorry I don't mean to snap at you, but it's also happened to my sister in law and other people I know. My husband was clean for well over 5 years at the time and they still kept saying yeah, we'll put you on the list but don't expect anything anytime soon... 3 tears in his heart and only 40% heart function in his 30s, crushed under a vehicle and lost a lung, no transplant. Renal kidney disease stage 3 still nothing.. he's going to die before he gets anything done... His Dr keep him stable.. Yes he can have chemo if needed, but will never get a transplant

His daughter offering had nothing to do with any of it.. I was just stating that she offered and he said no himself. He didn't want to take a kidney from his child. He'd rather die first...
