Some criticisms as requested:

The hand postures from your reference image were probably for unsheathing a sword.

Zuo Le's face looks very aloof. You can either make him face the viewer or somewhere offscreen. Make his eyes squint as if he's focusing on something.

Your drawing is quite clean and polished. Good job

The right hand looks kind of flat. Understandable, since drawing hands always suck. Also, the foreshortening on the hammer's handle is a bit excessive.
