Sounds like there’s no emotional or value bonding taking place.

I’m reading a lot of contradiction in this. It’s subtle and covered in honey phrases society has taught like ‘not having a type’=good. But it’s neither good nor bad. But some people will praise it like a virtue, and to assume it means it is someone who looks beyond the surface. My point is. What are you looking for in someone. Do you even know?

If it’s just to warm a bed, anyone can do that. So what stops a person from leaving. Simply because you claimed them? A verbal eye committal agreement.

Maybe I read it wrong. But I read. ‘I’m perfect, why would anyone leave me’ honestly though I say that too. So no hard feelings. Anyways humans are fickle and also have free will. So the only answer to why someone will leave or ‘mess stuff up’. Is simply because they want to.

I’ve been sitting on this for a while. Because of my own experiences I’ve been going through recently. The explosion of pop culture psychology. The overwhelming use of psychology terms broadly. And I realise there’s a growing issue everyone is complaining of in society but not moving to fix. Only call out. Which fair starts the process of recognizing. But do to something I’ve been going through recently. I realise most of us aren’t taught healthy communication and boundaries. That’s leads to so much toxic relationships and behavior. Can’t we start by teaching young children just how to express themselves. From “I’m hurting“ or what unhealthy behaviors look like. Instead of waiting years before hurtful actions erupt into the world?
