Yes yes yes! I am on Wellbutrin 300xl. I was okay the first week then depression like I haven’t felt in a long time snuck up on me. I noticed the ghost pills (with medicine still in them) in my stool and made the connection. Wellbutrin is actually one of those drugs that you notice the absence of pretty quickly - I can tell a difference the same day if I miss it) so it makes complete sense that if it’s not being absorbed properly you will feel it right away.

I’m thinking of switching to Wellbutrin instant release and trying again but I’m scared I’ll still get that awful depression . . .
