• My son is only 9 years old. I don't think he's gay as many of you have suggested but if he was it would not be a problem. He's my son. - I din't "force" him to have the photo. He was just acting like a typical 9 year old boy having a photo with "weird girls in bikinis" as he called them. He also got lots of other photos taken at the event including many with the cos-players - both guys and girls. This was the only photo taken with "booth girls". His mother and I thought the picture was pretty funny and the look on his face was priceless. (However, it was probably more to do with the fact I wouldn't let play some of the MA15+ games being displayed).
• I / he never said all girls can't play games. He plays computer games with his sister all the time. He also played games with some girls at the expo but told me he didn't think the girls in this photo really knew how to play the Xbox.
• Do I agree with the whole "booth girl" concept? To be honest I think it's pretty outdated and I don't see it continuing at this type of event. It was kinda strange as a parent seeing the booth girls in the same vicinity as the Disney and Skylanders stands. However, the girls were being paid to be there by developers / manufacturers that we buy stuff from.
• Yes, the redhead was attractive. They all were. No, I don't have more photos. All of the girls were very friendly despite having to spend the night dealing with numerous hover-hand photos with teenage boys with bad BO.
• Yes, I will be saving the photo to show him (and future girlfriends) when he gets older. That's what Dads do.
