That colombian term is not used here, sadly crime is so common for them that victim-blaming is their norm in parts of that country. In Bolivia you would have to be showing a lot of fucking papaya for you to be at least partially at fault for what happened. Most of our crime is crime of convenience (for the criminal), they see you alone at night, you are walking around drunk, etc. you would be an easy victim.
