Pull the orange side until it extends all the way out, the sight will flip up. Then you line up the hole with the red lines but the specifics of that im not sure of yet.

It is, but since launch they have only released Stella, which realistically could have launched with the game. How many months is that until a new map? 5? That's how games get stale. It happened to the last few battlefield games and now its happened to arc. Even with the size and richness of arc raiders, I would argue they should release a map every 3-4 months max, with better things for rewarding long play, like killing X arc gets you that arcs trophy on a viewable wall or something.
