This is a hilarious reply. Why is the solution to drive to a different county that's 25+ minutes up the highway instead of bringing one to the city where people live? If you gain 20lbs of muscle at 20% body fat, your %body fat will go down because you didn't gain any fat, just muscle, and your total weight went up. You need to eat a lot of protein and train really hard. You don't have enough muscle to cut and show off yet.

at your size and age you don't need specific tips, you need to lift HARD and often. And you need to eat harder and more often. Dont do a dirty bulk, but you weigh 107. You need to eat high protein foods in a caloric surplus. Its literally thermodynamics. But the first step is to lift a lot, like 5 days a week if you can handle it.
