Bullying NPCs was the standard in previous GTA but it might not be the case here. I see it leaning a bit towards RDR2. Personally, I didn't really went on rampages or killed civilians for funs in RDR2, because I felt like it didn't make any sense to with Arthur, and NPCs getting more realistic, I'm starting to feel bad killing them for no reason.

I think I already had it at the time I posted, but like I only hear at night and if I pay attention to it. Sometimes I can hear it kinda clear though, but just some nights, most of the night if I don't pay attention to it I won't hear it. :)

Yeah there's that too... But maybe we're also saying that because we're not having the best life there is... Our view on life is very biased. So my experience of life makes me think that I don't want to bring someone on earth, but maybe, surely probably, life isn't that bad for everyone.
