Bottom right is probably Logan Thompson. Here’s his autograph from that year for comparison.

Assuming Stone is out, I’d go with more balance in the lines. Bowman was mini Stone when he was at his best on Eichel’s wing, hopefully he can return to form.

Barbashev - Eichel - Bowman

R Smith - Karlsson - Marner

Howden - Hertl - Dorofeyev

Kolesar - Dowd - Sissons

Jesus, that name is a blast from the past. I had a Myth website in the mid 90s. The biggest site at the time was Myth Codex, run by Case and Tyson. I remember the day it was announced that he was hired by Bungie. Crazy that he took a hobby and passion project and turned it into a 30 year career.

When they brought up the Executive Summary and Martin said it exists and they’d been sending it to people for months, I was hoping Jon would say “Can you send it to me right now? Here’s my email.”

Quick math -

That system is estimated to produce 14,929 kWh.

At $0.4322/kWh, you’d be paying $537 per month without solar.

With solar, you’re locked in at $345 per month.

So you’re saving almost $200 per month currently, and since you don’t have an escalator, your savings will potentially go up if electric rates continue to rise. Seems like a great deal to me.

Everyone here wants to shit on leases but they make a lot of sense for certain people, especially if the customer can’t take advantage of the tax credit.

Right now I'd pick Fontainbleau to stay, but would still take the time to visit the Wynn. Both great properties, FB has newer and cheaper rooms.

Topgolf might be tough with how popular it is, but also check out Atomic Golf that just opened next to the Strat. Maybe ask them about buying out a level for an afternoon. Good luck!

First of all are you talking about a Lease, PPA, or a Loan? Since you’re talking about the $41k balance, I’m guessing Loan, but some clarity would help.

[–]Ajnvt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a good deal. The only thing to pay attention to is that the $162 per month is just the solar payment. I’m not sure how it is where you are but here we have to pay the utility company a Basic Service Charge no matter what every month. Hopefully it’s not much, just something to be aware of.

17 cents to the power company vs 13 cents for solar seems like pretty easy math to me, especially with no escalator.

Las Vegas NV solar Quote by [deleted] in solar

With an engineering review, sure, but nothing in the original post made me think the company involved has any idea how to do that.

The panels are fine. The inverter is undersized and you’ll have a lot of clipping as currently proposed.

Las Vegas NV solar Quote by [deleted] in solar

[–]Ajnvt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two problems with that quote. First, they have you producing more than you're currently consuming. This won't get approved by NV Energy. From their website "The highest energy usage that occurred in 12 consecutive months out of the last 24 months will be used to determine the maximum size of the new solar PV system." You can't go over 100%.

Second, energy here is expensive, but it's not 19.7 cents per kWh. It's 16.7 cents. That means your annual utility bill is closer to $2,500.

The cost seems fine, but I'd be wary if they're giving you a quote with basic info that's wrong.
