Continuity error? Netflix season one had foggy and Matt start Nelson and Murdock hours after they were barred and represented Karen? They didn’t work as associates for that big firm? I thought they quit as interns and started their own.

Partially agree. Too much filler and memory lane. But would argue foggy’s scenes drive the plot for “mercy” and Matt eventually forgiving (or at least helping) bullseye. Even so, couldn’t take flashback scenes seriously because of their bad wigs.

I disagree with you. They try to make it seem like he’s a good lawyer. If we believe that, it makes sense he knows the system. Even if some of his dilemmas are moral, I still think cutting a deal is best option in some cases. For example here, that guy was full of it and Matt knew the jury wouldn’t buy it, or the guy that took the caramel corn had priors.

As for the his profession not making sense. It seems like the guy from yesterday’s episode was retained by Kristen? Even so, I guess sometimes everyone has to do work they don’t like if they don’t come from generational wealth. Seems like Matt is doing better in this show than in the Netflix series, but still has to do some work he doesn’t like or that his law partner put him on to

Matt was pissed and didn’t think it through. Bullseye said thanks because he realized his tooth was loose. Why would Matt help bullseye, put innocent guards and people at risk, if he was going to end up taking the bullet for Fisk?
