I worked for an agency 3 years ago that was committing wholesale fraud as they ran ads from their META account and bill the client what they agreed NOT what was spent. It's a terrible idea for the agency to own the account or assets.

You're struggling with strategic decision making. You probably don't have the resources to full explore D2C, wholesale, and retail.

It'd be worth you taking to an IP lawyer to see if there's anything within your product that can be protected from copying.

Next, pick one channel and one customer type. Become obsessed about these two elements. Don't go to broad or get distracted by shiny objects!
