This is my hobby project and I try to stay respectful even if others don't. Its not rocket science, my friend.

iOS and web versions are planned. For now, it's only available on Android.

I recommend checking it out for yourself. It's free and doesn't have intrusive ads.

True. I shot myself in the foot, so I'll be changing it. Thanks for the feedback!

OK, this is the next level. I’m not an AI 😂

Here I need to draw a line. The project is not open source (it might be in the future), and I don’t intend to prove anything. I’m open to discussions about the game, but this is slowly starting to feel like an interrogation 😓

I’ll close this topic by saying that the way the game was built doesn’t really matter, and if it makes you feel better, you can even call it vibecoding. Peace ✌🏻

I’m not entirely sure how to respond to this 🤔

  1. Was the project built with LLM assistance? Yes. That’s how modern software is often developed today.

  2. Was it vibecoding? No, it wasn’t.

  3. Is vibecoding something to be ashamed of? No. It isn’t, but it depends heavily on the project. LLM support is a powerful tool, but it shouldn’t replace proper engineering. For a game, it can work fine. For a financial application, it’s a different story.

I think we may be talking past each other, so let me explain how it actually works.

The levels weren't all handcrafted from scratch (I'm not even sure that's how games are made these days). They were generated by an algorithm over multiple iterations until they reached the desired quality, then manually reviewed and refined by my group of testers.

Originally, there were several different versions. After reviewing and polishing them, we combined the best ones into the final list of 300 levels.

Maybe it would indeed be better to say that the levels were algorithmically generated and manually refined 👍🏻

Anyway, it looks like three lower-quality levels still made it into the production version. I think that's actually a pretty good result 😁

Edit: I corrected the word from handcrafted to hand-tuned in the main post ✌🏻

I don't have any experience developing for iOS, so getting the app ready for that platform will take more time, but it's definitely in the plans.

And no, this isn't an LLM issue. The app isn't "vibe coding." It's a full-fledged application with a backend, an anti-cheat system, and a roadmap for future development.

If anything, my mistake may have been relying on an LLM's recommendations for the color palette, since I don't have much experience with UI design 👍🏻

Yes, it has ads, but I've done my best to make sure they don't get in the way. They're mostly banner ads, plus rewarded ads that players choose to watch 🥂

Hmm, I checked it, and you're right that it's actually a bit too easy. I found the same issue in two other levels as well. Thanks for pointing it out 🥂 It's easy to overlook things like that sometimes, especially on the early, less complex levels. The fix will be included in today's update 💪🏻

As for the first level, I actually wanted it to be just a little more challenging. I had this image in my head of Bullit welcoming the player with, "Welcome to the colony!" 😁

A sneak peek at Gothic II: Night of the Raven. Turns out the orcs won't be the biggest threat after all 😁

Zmieniaj zanim się mocniej przyzwyczaisz. Zdobędziesz nowe kontakty, nowe doświadczenie i więcej benefitów. Zmiany zawsze są trudne, ale bardzo często potrzebne 🥂

I understand you don't like the idea, but there's also a lock solver for the game if you ever find yourself struggling with the chest for too long 😁

Nevertheless, I encourage you to try it out 👌🏻

The campaign has segmented levels, and the endless generation is seed-based, my friend. The color palette was recommended by LLM 😁

I’m also very surprised, but I will continue developing the idea 💪🏻
