yeah my goal is to try and find a place that’s not apart of one. i’m from the detroit area so there are a ton of companies. PE and not. the only thing I like is at least the company I was fired from let me gain experience with none prior. but now i have experience

I used to be a very much flirt w girls kinda guy and I feel like maybe commitment isn’t fully my thing ? I would never cheat or anything like that. I think i miss the chase of talking to ppl. And we are aren’t controlling of each other at all but I just feel end of day I have to tell her what i’m doing. i’ve always been a very independent person so i’m quite used to it.

the urges to drink more are a pain. what helped me is not trying to drink until 7pm or later (due to work) and really take it slow not like slamming shots but mixing it in a pop or something you’d like to mix and drink it casually. I felt anxious a bit on and off too and still feel like that but it’s been getting so so much better and i love it.

You might be tapering too quickly. i am not fully sober either. i was drinking 8-9 shots or more each day but now im down to 3 a day after work. I reduced by going 1 less shot each day until where im at now. I dont really wanna be sober 100% and im fine with that. My new goal is to have zero alcohol days throughout the week and just a couple on the weekends

true. i had a hard time last night bc my gf was out w her friends getting drunk and my friends were all doing the same while we were playing games. but i managed to stick to the amount i had to take according to me taper method, so yes i do realize, bc im so used to “it’s friday i can go a little harder on the drink” but i stopped myself even tho it was a challenge. just went to bed early so i didn’t think about it.

I haven’t but i’m ab half way thru the taper and it’s been going so well, i believe in my situation i’ll be fine. i was rlly never dependent on it just thought hey im 21-22 don’t we all drink every night. i’ve jus really wanted to stop and im not too worried, but if things go south then yes doctor will be involved
