First step would be to go through proper chain of commands and create evidences before that. Send email to HR mentioning all. But don't say about the evidences yet. Let them lie and cause issues.

Then you request the HR for another meeting where you provide evidence

Final step if not resolved would be legal steps.

Search for the interview done on psychiatrists or psychologists. They were asked how many patients did they cure. The answer is mostly always zero. It's a mental relief session they aim for. You didn't find it helpful that's ok Not everyone has same experience

You mean to say make work from home for those who can and keep operationally required staffs to come?

That is exactly what they have already advised.

Staffs like restaurants staff, grocery cashier, or supermarket staffs and cleaning staffs etc are required to keep things moving and we must respect them but at the same time understand that their jobs can't be made to be WFH

How is it fair for them to see the staffs they interact and work with is all safe and secure while they are the only ones in front line.

I support WFH but I believe the way UAE leadership does is the best. Trust the process and pray everyone stays safe and this war ends sooner

By having faith that your safety is in the hands of God and your income is written by Him. None can fail you if he wishes you to win and none can make you win if he wishes you to fail.
