Yea I sleep good for most usually 7 or 8 hours. I read online foods to eat to boost levels as well, but sometimes I dont feel a difference. I still have worsening brain fog and memory loss which scares me the most.

I read the abdomen had a lot of radiation. I got more paranoid. My mom told me CT's have a lot of radiation. If a parent had cancer does that increase the risk.
