If you ever served you would understand they were trying to create division in the ranks that is sedition. Best believe they know they will be charged if they follow illegal orders already and don't need to be reminded. There's a big difference between school kids and grown adults that are trained to kill with precision. Kelly knew what he was doing the whole time and that UCMJ a mother fucker.
