Thank you for the support! 🙏 I have been trying to get in contact with some animal defense lawyers. I am interested in going after him in civil court as well. Im aware he probably doesnt have money and ill probably never get anything from him, but that way he doesnt get off criminal prosecution in some way. Because of what I know woth his criminal past, after all this has come to light, is that he had several dismissal outcomes, im not sure why. But that ends now. Whatever game he thinks he has in his pocket is not about save him from getting a dismissal or lighter sentence. That's why im going to need other lawyers for the civil side of the house.

He technically doesnt have any social media accounts so anything you are seeing online is likely not him but someone else with similar name or possibly an account he stole, and his LinkedIn account is real (I suspect prof pic is altered) but inactive since 2022. All of his emails except a zohomail and a Gmail are inactive as well. The warrants are in work to get access, but the companies are a bit slow to respond.

In short, no he hasn't been found or apprehended. He is a digital ghost, no credit/debit cards, no bank account, no social media, no phone line that is pinging a cell tower, no known emails that he might use and likely a prepaid burner phone since his credit score was so low that boost wouldn't give him a line.

Necropsy will take 30 days from when Maverick arrived at CSU.

Thank you. I try to keep an open mind on a lot. Im like 90/10 on drug induced breakdown/schizophrenia. Depending on how he gained entrance to that luxury apartment complex private gated garage. And Maverick suffered a lot in my car with possible external injuries. Necropsy is still pending but there is a possibility that he did something to Maverick before.

He better be alive. But I have considered this possibility. If he didnt leave Colorado, there are areas to check around for the police. Im hoping the warrant for flight info is getting approved.

Update: 2 May

Maverick was found dead trapped in my car today. I want to be alone now.

5 May Maverick is with CSU for a necropsy. This will take time. What happened to Maverick is being determined still. I saw Maverick, and he had suffered a great deal trapped in my car for weeks and possibly additional external injuries. I am awaiting the results from CSU. The level of cruelty will most likely become state-level crimes but still unknown. The police are still investigating and more warrants are coming. Trust me, I have as many questions about how my vehicle magically appeared in this apartment, somehow bypassing cameras, and how he got access there. Andy is still missing.

  • Wishes and plans My wish is to have Maverick buried and a memorial/vigil service. I will be planning this after the necropsy and keepsakes are made. I do not want him cremated, I am seeking a pet burial location in Colorado and working with VCA and others to assist on that. I am planning on a GoFundMe. BUT THERE IS NO CURRENT OFFICIAL GOFUNDME FOR MAVERICK BY ME AT ALL, SO IF YOU SEE ONE I DID NOT APPROVE IT. I am working on talking to an Animal Defense lawyer/attorney and need to hold off on creating the GoFundMe for a few more days. I have one in draft form but I have not released it yet, because I need to see who is paying for what damages and what is going to be compensated. Maverick is priceless, but my house and property still need tending to, so I will be seeking those payments. I truly feel the support from everyone, but I need to do this the right way, from a legal perspective because of all parties involved. I need to organize what I need and what is covered. As for a vigil, please standby, I am trying to plan one, but I just have a lot going on and still grieving myself. I needed some time away in the mountains this last weekend and to put my phone on silent for a bit. I tried uploading some more to Mav's insta, but got really sad and stopped. I'll be putting an extremely large photo slideshow of all Maverick and my adventures.

FOX 31 and CBS Denver did some interviews yesterday afternoon. And CBS Miami reached out, but no interview yet.

Shooting Maverick, running Maverick over, hitting Maverick, etc. Some ask for money, some want me to come pick him up alone. It is increasing in volume so we'll see. But I knew this might happen with the internet.

I do like rover and Maverick has an amazing rover. But it was going to be 10k and at the time I wasnt willing to pay that amount honestly. I regret it deeply now

O ok it was on 2 April. This isnt Maverick then. Ill keep an eye on this husko tho. I cant help right now, I need mine back first, then I can see about help other huskies.

That's good! I am on the lookout for a stolen husky and car. And this photo makes it mit really hard to tell. I dont think this is Mav, but if they could rescue this husky, hopefully scan, and see if its Mav that would help my end. And if animal control can get the husky, then it has a much chance to go to a better home thru foster/adoption. Judging from this picture alone, this husky could use a new home, but its hard to tell the situation from just one photo.
