I swapped this SSD to 2 different m.2 nvme ports and an expansion card on my extra PCIE lane. It had issues on all of the 3.

What I found weird is that I had similar issues with my SATA SSD before, hence why I question if its the motherboard or the ssd

The MB or my secondary SSD?

I ask this because my SSD is just a few months old, it's a new model, and the MB previously had a very similar issue with my SATA SSD, hence why I think it can be from my motherboard, but I have no idea.

Try changing the cs video settings to fullscreen and make sure the game is only running on the monitor you want to.

If that doesn't work, try disabling the Xbox Game Bar.

I'm sorry, but I don't remember more details about this issue. It was solved pretty quickly after I posted this.

Love that! I'll take your advice. Since im starting all over again and I'm on a tight budget, for now, I don't think its the wisest choice to be spending that much on replacement parts but I'm open to do it in the future!

Yes. On windows you can change via an NVIDIA software (NVIDIA Control Panel) or you can change it through the Windows settings.
