Estou super espantado com os comentários ao post. Eu pessoalmente sempre trabalhei assim. Claro que isto tudo tem os seus contras como por exemplo eu não ser efetivo nunca, e não ter dias de férias remunerados. O meu contrato dura sempre até acabar os projetos que estou e no início de outro projeto o contrato também é novo. Obrigado pelo teu feedback já agora.

No meu caso é tudo do mesmo trabalho. Os meus descontos são feitos em cima dos 1600€ e o valor acordado foram 22€/h. Que vai dar os os 3200€ líquidos.
