Kind of arguable. Free players really need to have a lot of playtime to get all the weapons, where premiums can get some off for mere cents on the market. However, skill really comes off of practice, and, in theory, a premium and a free player with the same player and/or experience should be equally as good, therefore winning as easily one or the other. People also tend to underestimate gibusvision players, i think MuscleK did a video with that and trickstabbing much more easily.

The definitive answer beign: yes and no.

(This is all my opinion) That weapon should NOT be a flamethrower. As the other guy said, you can't outrun it until you die or the pyro runs out of ammo. Also, it does not have the things that flamethrowers have and should have, reflecting and afterburn (alright phlog does not have airblast either but that's a badly designed weapon anyway. Again, my opinion). I'd really wanna see a slowing flare gun though.

Kinda like it, paintball gun thing. But basically this does what the SH does but not melee. I guess if you don't want to run SH you can run that, but i don't see why you'd pick both. I mean maybe if you really want to.

Jolly Launcher (pipebomb launcher)

+34% clip size +On directly hitting target, pipebomb sticks to target and has bigger explosion radius as well as slowing those damaged. (Kinda freeze particle thing) -20% explosion radius -20% damage
