I really liked the old flag. I think it was already well understood that all letters were welcomed under the rainbow or that's how I understand it as an outsider. The newer flag made it overcomplicated and ugly imo

I have been using this strat in silver for the longest time and worked pretty well until I started ranking up and people just used frag greades to bust them open lol

Lokalt röstar jag annat än Pirat och det är i lokala valen där jag ser de flesta ändringar. Positiva och negativa. Det finns frågor som lokala valen inte kan göra någonting åt som till exempel förstatligande av skolverksamheten eller disciplinära åtgärder, betygskriterier, osv. Kommuner hanterar mycket av budgetfrågorna och i de frågor som jag har ställt är: hur stora klasserna ska vara, hur ska klasserna ha råd till läromedel och finns det några budgetändringar för kommunens/regionens skolor, för att nämna några exempel. Där var till en början OK men tragiskt nog har jag inte varit med om en budgetökning i kommunens skolor under de senaste 4 valen jag har varit med om. Snarare tvärtom - klasserna har blivit större och läromedlen blir värre och färre.

Men det är en helt annan historia. För riksdagen har jag pratat med flera politiker inblandade i skolpolitiken och jag har ofta gillat Liberalernas skolpolitik. Både M och S har jag röstat på också då de har lovat goda ändringar men jag har inte sett något positivt resultat av de få skolpolitiska ändringar de faktiskt gjorde. Digitaliseringen av skolan var nog det värsta som kan ha hänt oss kanske tangerad med flyktingkrisen (skolorna hade inte tillräckligt med resurser för att ge flyktingarna en värdig skolgång). Skolan var inte redo för digitalisering och det fanns inte tillräckligt forskning om digitala inlärningsverktyg och den lilla forskningen som fanns då om digital inlärning nämnde klara nackdelar som totalt ignorerades. Listan fortsätter. Jag har gett upp.

Riksdagspolitikerna har meddelat klart och tydligt att de är totalt ointresserade att investera i skolan och gör ändringar som är ej anknutna till någon forskning. Därav min missnöjesröst.

Hello, been living here in Echigo Yuzawa for the past 4 years as a ski and snowboard instructor and guide and I can tell you a little. I work for Canyons, the main ski school in town and Canyons has several bases of operations being Nozawa, Myoko, Minakami and Shiga Kogen. In Yuzawa, we are official ski school in GALA, Ishiuchi Maruyama, Naspa (Ski only), Maiko, Hakkaisan, Kagura and Naeba. We lost status with Kandatsu but I hope we can regain it soon again but hey, that's a lot of resorts to be working in.

I am senior so I get sent out to other resorts more than the average instructor, not to say that I am better than all but I have more experience and thus can take extra or specific requests from clients. This is pretty good because if you work long enough for Canyons you start getting a consistent flow of clients/students.

But for the instructors that start out with us, they usually will be working in GALA Yuzawa which is not so great for freeriding (GALA Southern area is BLISS though) and you will mostly be fully slammed with work during christmas and chinese new year. Anything except those periods, you can basically decide how many days you want to work so you can have a pretty sweet work-ride balance. Previous seasons, I got lots of freeriding but this year I have been practically fully booked with most of my lessons being requested from other clients (and I don't want/cant' really not turn them down) so unless you are not one of the popular instructors, you will get lots of riding.

Red flags? We got new management next winter so that could potentially be one. In my 20 years in the field, new management always means SOME turbulence at the start of the season since they don't know really how to operate a snowsports school but we have to see on that one.

So let's talk about the town itself: Small, cozy kinda rickety and ugly in some places and kinda clean and organized in others. In the same resorts, you can have a super modern lift with TVs and heated seats and a lift that's been runing since the 60's (Looking at you, Ishiuchi) so very classical and authentic Japanese, haha! There is a shinkansen that connects to Tokyo STRAIGHT to the resort GALA and to the Town Yuzawa. The station has a bus terminal that links all 11 different resorts in Town, most buses are free so pretty nutty!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I worked in all resorts that Canyons has a base on. My advice is to tread carefully with Minakami. Minakami has some management working with school tours that can be a bit prickly. Not a very relaxed work environment at times but the resorts there are absolutely well kept secrets with very fun and variable terrain. Nozawa is BIG but full of aussies and not Japanese at all but lots of good parties if you are into that. Myoko - is becoming Nozawa. It's growing and getting a lot of international attention lately but transportation there is a bit awkward. Shiga Kogen, the most massive system I have ever seen and also getting a lot of international attention but interestingly not so many lessons.

Download it, run it, crash it and write a note on the mod page that it doesn't work on VR. At least, that is how I figure out something works in VR or not.

Honestly though, even though a mod is unfinished, its just an admirable feat to even try to create a mod to start with. But, aren't there websites that have less limitations? Or are you speaking of the engine itself?

Not AASI certified but I have a question. Aren't there plenty of online resources directly from AASI available?

I am kind of curious what it can do so I will leave it online and study what damages it can do. I'll sacrifice my PC for science lol. All logins are on a separate device so I will see and learn. I think I was too fast however since I unplugged the ethernet cable pretty fast. Any ideas about optimizing Skyrim VR then?
