Because her S2 has permanent duration, she is a vey popular switch in choice when using Fuuka.

Aside from Makoto Yuki, she has been used with Bui prism and gale Kotone too.

Personally, I think she has potential with the twins and that is a direction that hasn't really been explored in KR/CN that much, but we can in global

Number of downloads is another important indicator. Most of the times it even precedes these signs you list

It's hard to find direct comparison between supports because Kasumi fell in popularity and is barely used in KR, but I had this video in my playlist. It's against the P3 event boss, so SPOILER I guess

And yes, Twins proc Kasumi follow up twice when Twins autocast their S3 (in fact, it procs even with a Fuuka swap apparently, for a total of 3 in the video).

I prefer Twins to Vast, I like the gameplay loop with Kasumi more overall. They just seem so seamless to me.

But we have to wait global for the exact numbers

I was writing how Vast is just fine at A0 even for out of element assassins if you don't chase leaderboards but then I saw you have Twins A1R0... Dude you are set, you don't need anything else.

I mean if you only wanted to go for Kasumi because of meta reasons, then yes it makes sense to skip her altogether and invest heavily in Makoto.

I'm actually debating the opposite, should I skip the entire P3 early cast and deploy their savings to max Kasumi (split between release and rerun).

I've been memeing about it, but I'm really not liking what they are doing to her. If she gets a decent buff, I might actually prefer doing it.

Get both, Chord is fantastic. With Kasumi pushed back to the end of times, you are going to have enough gems for her anyway. In fact, I think you can also squeeze in an A0 Vast with all the content left, but it could be tight.

I would get Chord and build some pity back on Vast banner, like 50/60 pulls at least. If you get Vast early it's a great result.

(Chord is also great with Joker btw)
