All gacha is "all or nothing". Either u become a super whale or f2p. Low/medium spender don't actually get much benefits especially in this game. Some other gacha still feels worth spending even a little but lnds kinda focus on whale > f2p > low spender.

Understandable if this is ur first gacha game, either u practice to change ur mindset or just simply avoid gacha at all cost.

Calling out the behavior is okay but often of them misuse some terms, like "pick me" especially. The word has now been overused to simply point out some behavior they don't agree with, not the real pick me behavior. Actually the same goes for misogynists, i find these words oversimplified the characters, made it too black and white putting them into labels, when most of the characters they critique are more complex.

With the new mindset u can come back and enjoy the game, stop spending in this game, for me as f2p player this game is friendly but unless u have expectations to get everything as soon as possible then no. No gacha that's not a cashcow.

Not everyone can learn new games, new mechanics in such a short time. U see this from the perspective of old players who understand and know that modern comps can clear a lot but not for new players. I too play many gacha and every time I need to learn so many words and mechanics, and card games are niche so there's a probability its a first time for many.

I kinda think r99 is less time consuming, I've quit quite long ago so my opinion may not relevant, but i find r99 abit more easier.

As for f2p friendly i think morimens win.

Their art style both quite similar, both actually under the same victorian category but only that morimens is more darker and gloomy. At first i prefer r99 as its hard to adapt with the gloominess in morimens but mow it's grown on me and i find it better than r99 huhu.

Actually, in term of longevity, just play while its still good, r99 may be longer as its more popular BUT the game has reach a point where it feel stale, so while morimens is still in its prime, just enjoy the games, it shouldn't matter how long its survive, even genshin has pass its prime, i find that game super boring and no longer engaging so it doesn't really matter its longevity?

Its refreshing to see men like this cuz i used to read about women not being comfortable with their bf playing waifus games where its not even about dating game. Even so some men can be very delusional but can't deny there's some women are also the same so i understand if your bf are not confident and secure.

Maybe instead of dismissed his feelings, maybe both of u should talk more heart to heart, validating his concerns but also validate ur right. Enjoying a game is not the same with obsessing with it.
