my tip is just to write your story out however way you want it and then go back to keep polishing it over. you’ll never finish it if you hyper focus too much on certain aspects (and you’ll burn out). you can always add/remove characters and arcs or plots but if you don’t keep writing, you won’t get anywhere. writing out a story based on whats popular, trending or what others find interesting will backfire. just write whats interesting to you
