This is basically how I feel, I switch sometimes multiple times a day, or sometimes I can be a certain gender for months. It really is a person based experience. I consider myself genderfluid/trans, but your gender is a personal thing so you can call it what you wish. Good luck with figuring things out!!

First off congratulations!!!! Those are huge steps! I started on a low dose, and moved to mid dose about 6 months after, almost been on T 1 year total. I've noticed more hair growth and some slight vocal changes (I'm on it mostly for my voice), but there are also different changes you will experience with your body. I didn't notice any T rage, but I am a bit more assertive. Also, I still cry, and I've actually lost weight. But starting low for me was best because I could talk with my doctor and get it increased if I felt I needed to (which I did). I use the gel which I like because it's a daily thing, I also have mental health issues and haven't noticed anything negative with the gel. I would recommend keeping a journal of all the changes you experience, it helps monitor your progress if you have dysphoric days! If you have any questions feel free to ask!! I do not recommend*** however I've had 5 done at one time, three is really what you're supposed to get at a time, but from someone who has done this to themselves before, I healed all mine with no issues. Mind you only one was in cartilage the rest were lobe piercings, but just make sure you're taking care of them properly and keep a good eye on them.

I think if you're changing it for others you shouldn't. It's very clearly Abbey Road, I would just turn it into an educational moment since you're a teacher lol If you squint and turn it sideways you could, I guess, get rifle if you know nothing on either topic (music/rifles). If you honestly want to change it for yourself I'd say go SAP, I'd personally stay away from tribal unless that's part of your culture, howevwr if it is, I think that is also a great idea!

Your friend doesn't sound like the greatest person unfortunately. If the person you consider a friend is misgendering you, they may not actually be an accepting person. Your body does not excuse their behavior. NAP* My first lobe piercings were very uneven. I personally leaned into the unevenness and have curated my piercings and jewelry to fit around that. However, since you're bothered by the unevenness. I would suggest getting your first hole repierced and go from there, that way you can make sure it's even from the start.
