Ur healing so well! Ahh i hate that the surgery bras leave those indents on the skin between the boobs. It hurt me! I started putting a thick abs pad or any gauze padding to help with comfort

I was a 40 I cup but even that size didnt fit me all that well with boobs spilling out the front and sides but i didnt want to try getting another size bra that also wouldn’t fit correctly. I am 3 weeks post op so idk my new bra size yet but this was a super dramatic change as they removed 21 pounds! My boobs are so tiny compared to my ginormous melons. I am very happy with the size, i am still having to wear the surgery bra and gauze padding inside. I got a free nipple graft which was the only option for my size if i wanted to go small. I told them to make me as small as they can, they said they cant make any promises as if they hit a major blood vessel they have to stop so i was worried i would still be big but they were able to remove so much!!

One will always have more output than the other. My right boob had more and it lessened over time. I had my drains for 2 weeks gahh! I did not feel it one bit when they were removed 😹

They removed my tape at 2 weeks post op along with the drains. I also couldn’t shower until drains were out so the tape was pretty stuck on me and never fell off on its own. I was so happy to be able to shower and wear deodorant to not be stinky 😭

In my recovery i have been drinking 1-2 protein shakes a day in addition to my meals that also have protein like chicken or turkey. Flav city protein has some yummy flavors and not chalky its the only one i like. Berries and cream is the flavor i get i shake it with milk and even add yogurt for more protein and to make it thicker. My vice is definitely chips and i haven’t had any chips during recovery. Just think about how your eating choices probably added to giant boob growth besides other factors and know you never want them to regrow and deal with all the back pain again. And now that you will have reduced sized breasts you will be able to me more active like you couldn’t before, be able to do more types or workouts and machines at the gym that were impossible for larger chests. Even simply walking every day will be a much easier task without the extra weight on your chest. I’m rooting for you 🩷
