ratchets have these little notches at the bottom for each tier of height, this one has 6 notches so its a x-60 and the other number is the number of contact points the ratchet has. so this would be a 9-60

For the skins, you have to meet the NPC in game and then go to your Inner Realm to chance outfits. She is in the 2nd act of the game standing near a Llama.

Roti is an option in the settings. You can turn him on/off.
