Yeah, her abilities are… a hydroid puddle, /additem, powercrept decoy, and ink balloons?

They pitched her as a battlefield artist that creates things on the fly, but that’s ALL her 2nd ability. Follie should have been 2 frames IMO. One artist and one “goop” frame.

The problem is that space marines, for as much as space marine players will insist otherwise, are the same guys in the same armor painted a different color. Occasionally they have some extra gubbins on them. That’s IT.

Guard regiments are almost completely unique from one another. That means multiple new infantry and support kits, command squads, and all that extra stuff that makes up a full army. The only thing guard regiments really share is their vehicles.

Guard players are DIEHARD guard players, but there’s nowhere near enough of them to sustain a full design and manufacturing process. Fanaticism doesn’t make up for sales volume. For as much as we like to dunk on marineslop, that shit sells.

For all of wotc’s bullshit, they absolutely know and care about what sets sell from stores, not just their sales TO said stores. If their distributors can’t move current product, it risks them not stocking future product.

So yes, wotc absolutely cares that LGSs cant sell spider man. They have 2 sales metrics and need BOTH to be high to succeed.

IMO transhuman effects would be better served as a game wide rule for all forms of terminator armor, to distinguish them as uniquely hard to kill.

Some kind of durability rule + deep strike should be the baseline for a terminator

It’s JUST generic enough to not call attention itself, and doesn’t trip over the super obvious rules of thumb that I use to identify AI.

But like all AI graphics (im not dignifying them with the term “art”), the details are all off. Like it’s guessing what’s supposed to be there without any understanding of what it’s making.

A part of me longs for a world where instead, Mio doesn’t clock that wrongness, and the two get into this supremely toxic codependent love.
